Terms of Service

1. The Service

PolyReach is a software-as-a-service platform that helps creators and businesses translate, render, and publish short-form video content (such as TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts) to multiple languages and platforms from a single source video or image carousel.

2. Eligibility & account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription, billing, and refunds

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe in the currency shown at checkout.
• Prices and plan limits are described on the Pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion for valid technical issues attributable to PolyReach.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise violates the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Infringe third-party intellectual-property rights, including by uploading copyrighted videos, music, or images you do not have rights to use.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Generate or publish spam, scams, malware, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate limits, plan limits, or security controls of PolyReach or any connected platform.
• Use the Service to compete directly with PolyReach (e.g., by reselling its core functionality).

5. Compliance with connected platforms

When you use PolyReach to publish content on a third-party platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or another platform we add later), you remain solely responsible for complying with that platform’s rules. In particular you agree to follow:

• The YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
• The TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• The Instagram Terms of Use and Meta Community Standards.

You may revoke any platform connection at any time from Settings → PolyReach Direct or from the platform’s own app settings. Revocation takes effect immediately and we delete the corresponding OAuth tokens from our database.

6. AI-generated content & inspiration features

PolyReach offers tools that generate captions, voice-overs, translated subtitles, and image carousels using AI. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before publishing it. PolyReach makes no warranty that AI output is accurate, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose.

The optional “create from URL” feature lets you import a public video URL as creative inspiration for a brand-new video that you script, voice-over, and brand yourself. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any third-party content that inspires your work and for complying with the source platform’s terms.

7. Your content & license to us

You retain all rights to the videos, images, audio, captions, and other content you upload or generate inside PolyReach. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transcode, translate, render, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service to you.

We will not use your content to train third-party AI models. We will not share your content with third parties except as needed to deliver the Service (see Section 5 of our Privacy Policy).

8. Termination

• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms (including violations of Section 4 or 5), with notice where reasonably possible.
• Sections 7, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI output will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyReach’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Poland, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence apply.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
